Sliding these summer scans on the timeline before the year ends.
I was disappointed when I first got these back from the lab. Just didn’t love the way they came out. The summer sun was super harsh and I felt like I failed to accurately capture the memory of each moment. Before this trip, I hadn’t been shooting on film very much. The cost was getting harder and harder to justify when there are so many other things to balance in the budget, so maybe I’m a bit rusty.
After letting them sit in my archive for a couple months, I revisited them with a less critical spirit and did some minor color corrections in Lightroom.
