I had the absolute pleasure of visiting Barnsley Resort in North Georgia earlier this fall, and I had to stop and think how amazing it is that I’ve been to two different gorgeous, R+R getaways this year.
Barnsley reminds me so much of Cloudland with its picturesque views, immaculate grounds, and crystal-clear, smog-free, starry nighttime skies. This was a work retreat, so there wasn’t as much playtime, but I can see myself coming back for a family playcation in the next year.
The smell of this campfire lingered on the fibers of my favorite cardigan for weeks, and I was so sad when it faded. Gotta get to another one soon.
