First up: Monday Haircare

I've seen this line at Target the last few times I went, but i'm not really in the habit of trying new hair products. I've found what works for me, and I stick to it.

However... I recently ran out of shampoo and conditioner and was feeling frisky, so I decided to give these a try. The $6.99 price tag was the ultimate lure.

It's not bad for the price. It doesn't get my hair as smooth as my beloved L'Oreal Elvive Curls line, but I didn't hate it. The only problem was how small the bottles are. I use like 5 pumps of shampoo and a solid 20+ pumps of conditioner just to cover my whole head.

Still, it's a hit.

Next up: dalgona-style iced coffee.

This pin showed up in my feed and made me thankful for all the people who re-post the tik toks on other social platforms, because I refuse to join that one. The creator called it a copycat Starbucks Cinnamon Dolce Latte, and some of the comments dragged her because she used instant coffee instead of espresso, but I tried it anyway, and it was good! I subbed maple syrup for blue agave and added a teaspoon of coconut sugar since the instant coffee I had on hand was very bitter, but it was a hit. I've been making it every morning since, even though it's cold outside.

The candy apple pretzels?

Yes, yes, yes. It HITS.

"Paloma" House Wine?

In the words of Latoya Luckett's Destiny's Child No, no, no, no, no.

I love the cans of House Wine Bubbles, but this one was a sad, sad miss.

The TJ's maple almonds are another hit. Such great flavor packed into these.

These hit every year. Pretzels in basically any kind of sugary coating will get me every time.

Wearing these right now as I type and plotting to buy a couple more pairs. They HIT.

I had such high hopes for both of these and they were both a miss. It's rare that I don't enjoy a red wine, but this one had too much bite. I love a smooth, dry red on cold, fall nights. And the lemon flavor did not come through on the Brussel's sprouts.

Ok, that's all I've got for now.

Till next time!
