I mentioned in my August post that I've been loving this homemade ginger peach sangria lately, and I've decided to document the ingredients and (loose) recipe here for me to remember in the future.

A few weeks ago I looked at my super easy homemade iced latte post from four (!!) years ago and remembered how much I loved that drink and need to resurrect it in my kitchen. So, for the good of my future self who may be looking back four years from now, here it goes.

(1) 750ml bottle of Pinot Grigio or Sauvignon Blanc
(1) 750ml bottle of Sparkling Wine (Brut or Extra Dry)
(8 oz.) Ginger Ale
(4 oz.) Peach Schnapps
(2 oz.) Ginger Juice (I love this brand)
Frozen peaches

Mix all the ingredients in a pitcher, stir, chill and serve. I prefer to add the ginger ale last to make sure it stays fizzy.

    1. Definitely do. It might be even better if you puree the peaches before adding everything to the pitcher. 😋
