Last weekend, my friend Ashleah and I went to the High Museum for First Fridays and saw our first ever piece of performance art. Two girls were frolicking on the field out front, sort of following each other's movements and taking each other's lead, and the crowd was utterly captivated.

They were dressed the same, acting the same, moving in the same way, taking "breaks" to stop and look at each other... all while making sure their audience was entertained. Also, their pants were 100% see-through, though you can hardly tell from my photo above, and they left very little to the imagination. I stopped for a few minutes to observe and interpreted it as a satire of our look-at-me social media culture, but I guess it could mean anything you want it to mean, because #art.
